Draped in flowing togas and adorned with intricate headdresses, students paraded through the school grounds carrying banners representing their city-states. Principal Doris Sellers emphasized, "GreekFest is a culminating event for our 6th grade Social Studies where students participate in simulations of the original Greek Games, tastings of Greece, make Greek pottery, and learn Roman numerals."
